The last one was 545 x 6 at a bodyweight of 229ish - I started dieting right after that and am down to 218-220 now. Decided to use a little more leg drive because of the weight drop and managed to pull 575 x 4 last night. Not quite a PR, but pretty close (my best so far was 585 x 4 at about 208 last spring).
