    Westside Bench Press Manual

    Does anyone own the Westside bench press manual? I already own the Book of Methods and I'm trying to decide if I'm going to purchase this one too. I love reading books on training so I'll likely buy it anyway, but I would like to hear any thoughts that are out there on this book.

    I got one!!! Very imformative breaks down all of westsides biggest benchers routines. Explains alot its worth the buy.

    I've got it. I've read it cover to cover several times. I keep it on my nightstand right below my CPAP and on top of the Westside Book of Methods and Starting Strength............





    Holycrap...







    Anyway, I do really have one. its worth it to get a copy and read it.
    Finally ELITE @ SHW..

    Single ply: 931 squat, 760 bench, 530 deadlift and 2180 total
    Multi ply: 960 squat, 770 bench, 550 deadlift and 2250 total.

    The next stop: PRO total.
