The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Well... to gain 12lbs. in 2-3 months you are going to have be on some form of gear (unless you haven't been eating very much up until this point or you spend the next 2-3 months at the TV). I'm bulking now @ 6' and 173lbs., but aim to gain only about 2-3lbs. per month.

Again, it depends on how long you have been training. Make sure you get lots of protein, and the right amount of carbs. Creatine won't hurt, but creatine puts on water weight so if you stop using it you will lose that weight.

Gaining 12 or so pounds in 2-3 months isn't that hard, won't be 12 pounds of LBM though! Last month I put on around 15 pounds, starting 135 and right now 153. Just eat, eat and eat and lift heavy. Check out Cackerot69's log, listing of all meals, that'll give you an idea

    =(

morning: 1 cup cocoa, 2 slice toast, creatine,2 scoops protein powder with milk, Lunch: 2 two bacon burgers,2 milks, 1 water, which is over 900 calories just there.snack after school: half a pizza or whole thing somtimes, 1 glass milk 3 scoops protein powder in two glasses of milk.Dinner: usually chicken almost always chicken blah. and creatine at night like directions say; i eat other things throughout the day to. like bagels and yogurt and more water. I drink 3-4 bottle a day. getting expensive though buying them from school. On satuday, and sunday I dont even eat half as much though because of work.

Workout your cals, carbs, protein and fat properly so you know what to tweek in order to grow.

It may take up your night but it's worth it in the end.

Or of course you could always just eat more.

Cack as many useless posts as you make, you still don't even have half as many as Chicken Daddy.
