(I know I've made a lot of threads in the past week or so, hopefully this will be my last for a while, thanks everyone!)
I've been told to not worry so much about all these little details, but before I go all out I'd like to know if there is one king of rows exercise, which is it? I suppose I'd prefer something using a barbell. I've never seemed to like the variations of Rows I've done before (one-armed DB, bent-over BB, even Cable Rows lol). I've not tried T-Bar Rows or Pendlay Rows (don't know much about these).
Which Row is the Back Squat of Legs? If there is such?
