    "theres nothin you cant do " giant quad set

    LEG EXTENSIONS STATIC HOLD INTO REPS
    SISSY SQUAT
    PLYO SPLINT JUMPS ON BOX
    DAVES SQUAT JUMPS
    FROG SQUATS

    each exercise was done for 20 25 reps, the last set of leg extensions was a drop set working from 50lbs to 30 to 10 rep range of 15.
