    wt 215lbs

    120 sec rest between sets

    Chins 3 X 6, 5, 5 reps BW(215) = 3440 workload
    Dips 3 X 15reps BW(215)= 9675 workload
    BB Curls 3 X 15 X 50lbs 2250 workload
    Donkey Calf raise 3 X 15 X 200lbs 9000 work load


    Notes 7 hours later still a feel full and pumped!

    I didnt write everything down,

    But Im up to 222lbs 6 weeks later and feeling huge once again.

    No drugs
