So I'm done with my bulking cycle thank god, I'm so ****ing sick of stuffing my face all day. I went from 170 and finished at 197lbs with 13.7% bf. I stayed relatively lean through my entire bulk as I did a clean bulk. Took a lot of effort to eat 5500 clean calories a day. I'm down 9lbs so far and am at 12.7% bf. I compete in the 181 class apr 3rd hoping to make an 1150 raw total for my first competition. All of my food is weighed or measured and documented into fitday I'll probably drop down to 10% with just a high carb low fat clean diet. Then the fun starts with carb cycling!
My quads actually leaned from gaining 30lbs lol! Well my squat went up about 100lbs in 3months as well
Back isnt very impressive till I get very lean
