    When to add in Opticen......

    Hey guys, I just took delivery of my Fat Loss Stack less the ETS capsules, and Vitamin's.....(out of stock) So I picked up some vitamins local.....

    I am following the meal plan from Atlarge, (see below)

    Meal 1:

    4 whole eggs hardboiled
    2 slices of wheat toast with 2 teaspoons of butter
    1 cup of orange juice


    5g of Creatine 500 mixed in orange juice (see above)
    2-3 Nitor capsules (depending on your dose - see product label)
    3 Multi-Plus tablets

    Meal 2:

    3 servings of Nitrean (in water)

    Meal 3:

    8 oz. of roasted chicken breast
    1 cup of peas (from frozen)
    1 cup of corn kernels (from frozen)
    1 glass of water


    2-3 Nitor capsules (depending on your dose - see product label)

    Meal 4:

    1 banana
    1 apple
    1 cup of skim milk

    Meal 5:

    2 servings of Nitrean (in water)

    My questions are:

    1) I also ordered Opticen, the PWO protein/supplement, and was curious when to take it.....I normally work out between meal 4 and meal 5 according to the list provided........

    2) I drink a lot of water throughout the day, is this hurting the intake of the supplements by "flushing" them?
