    Power squat routines

    Does anyone have any good squat routines or links in here or on the net to any squat routines? Thx for ur help in advance i appreciate it.

    I train Westside and speed Squats with bands off a low box has helped me tremendously.

    Going to start squatting again? How about 531 since you train raw? Great program that will progress you slowly back

    I second the 5-3-1 routine... When I started back PL'ing, I did it for about a year before starting WSB.

    I favor it over linear periodization routines, as I feel the deload weeks really assist w/ recovery... Give it a shot!

    i have been lifting since 95. i am a SHW best raw squat was 600 plus lbs bf i got hurt in a bad squatting accident. i was thre guy on MTV scarred and on you tube. Big Bach squatting accident type in you tube. my current best squat is 455 for 2 reps w belt and wraps.
