    NROL Hypertrophy 1 Questions

    I am starting Hypertrophy 1 this Tuesday i want to know how we are supposed to do this program. I workout 3 or 4 times a week. If i do workout A Tempo 1 on Monday the next day will i be doing workout B Tempo 1? And do i keep switiching like that for the first week and then the next week i do Tempo 2?
    And by tempo i mean the sets and reps and rest they tell you to do.

    You'll change sets/reps/rest according to what number workout you're on, not necessarily how many weeks you've been on the routine.
    For example, the 7th time you do Workout A you'll be doing 5 x 5 with 90 second rest periods. It doesn't matter how many weeks into the program you are- could be week 3, could be week 5. That will depend on how many days per week you lift.

    Ty also how long do I do nrol 1 for? So far this is my 6th week
