I am starting Hypertrophy 1 this Tuesday i want to know how we are supposed to do this program. I workout 3 or 4 times a week. If i do workout A Tempo 1 on Monday the next day will i be doing workout B Tempo 1? And do i keep switiching like that for the first week and then the next week i do Tempo 2?
And by tempo i mean the sets and reps and rest they tell you to do.
