    Odds and Ends

    What do you do, in your training, that is unique and in your opinion beneficial?

    I do lots of gymnastic kinda stuff. I like to train handstands, dragon flags and flags. I also do stuff on the rings.

    On deload weeks I generally make my entire workout complex work.

    I've been skateboarding for a long time, and I really think that's helped my legs become bigger and stronger.
