So, it seems my last journal was deleted or lost during the WBB transition from the old vBulletin. I hadn't updated it in a while before the forum change, but I last left off on the last week of the 30-day Bench program. I got to 280 from 265, but I also missed the last couple sessions due to the series of snowstorms that hit the Northeast last month and my previous gym closing its doors. I also noticed a slight shoulder injury so I havent been benching much at all lately. I'm finally getting back into the swing of things and am very excited to pick up where I left off, but I can't do it without keeping good record and the help of WBB! With that said, LETS GET IT!!
