Also at about 1:45 am I rocking back and forth to much on my box squats? Seems like I was that day.
Pretty cool video!!!! IMO, you are rocking too much on the box. Also, try getting your hips down more on the KB swings.

how much was that ME Bench? it looked like 365 and super easy, but hard to tell from the angle and my monitor at work sucks..
need more speed on your DE bench.. IMO
Hmm.. maybe that is right, but in comparison to other video's I've looked at, it appears you could be a bit faster. I try to keep my speed work under 3 seconds, more like 2.5... maybe I'm going to light? anybody else care to chime in?
Thanks for the tip, I'll go down to my orange bands add more straight weight and see how that goes.

One quick comment....I've trained in my fair share of gyms that have less than stellar bars to squat with (ie ones that whip horribly). Especially with regards to walking the weight out, slow the process down. When you walk back immediately, the bar is shaking and oscillating pretty rapidly. Instead, get as tight as you can under the bar and pop it off the hooks, letting the weights settle then take your steps. This will allow you to perfect your foot position and will also allow you to stay more upright and keep your upper back tighter. If you ever plan to compete in a walked out fed, this can be the difference between missing a lift and inching it up.

I like your box, I use the same setup. Works great, I also use a blue foam pad on top of the stepper box.
