    Training every muscle only 1 time a week.

    Hi, with my current program i exercise every muscle only one time in a week (except abs, which i exercise 2 times a week). For example i train my biceps on Mondays only. Some people say it is okay to train every muscle only 1 time a week, some says it isn't. What is your opinion?

    P.S I didn't post all my working out program only because i don't remember most exercise names in english (english is not my foreign language).

    It depends on your training background and what your goals are. Also if its designed properly you can train them only once per week.

    You may be training your biceps on Monday, but if you have a separate day for back training, they are getting worked more than once a week.

    My question is, how is it working for you? The argument against training a muscle one time per week is you aren't stimulating it enough. The argument for it is that a muscle grows when rested. There is obviously more to it than that. Experiment and find what works best for you based on your goals.
