Hi, with my current program i exercise every muscle only one time in a week (except abs, which i exercise 2 times a week). For example i train my biceps on Mondays only. Some people say it is okay to train every muscle only 1 time a week, some says it isn't. What is your opinion?
P.S I didn't post all my working out program only because i don't remember most exercise names in english (english is not my foreign language).
