    Arch

    What are some good exercises or things to do to work on my arch. My flexibility is bad, but any kind of increase would be beneficial.

    thanks again guys! I k new i had posted something like that awhile back..i know buddy's video (thanks buddy) helped alot and i'll combine that with the jay video and see how much more I can get out of it. It IS something that needs to be trained daily. I can see the difference from not doing so.
