    Colonoscopy yesterday - how long till I squat and deadlift?

    About 3 weeks ago I started severely bleeding after my squat/dead days when I went to the bathroom. So I went to Dr. and he suggested colonoscopy. Had it done yesterday and they removed a polyp that I guess was the bleeding culprit. Wondering how soon I can get back to deadlifting and squatting. Eager to get back at it. The patient care notes say no lifting for 7 days, just wondering if 7 days is long enough to heal up good for heavy lifting.

    I am not a doctor. If it were me, I'd wait 2 weeks.
