gunna take my 475 squat opener, and then pass on the 2nd and third attempts. then take a token bench, and shoot for a 515-520 pull
Meet write up:
weighed in at 177 lbs
1st attempt: 475, easy, PR
pass 2nd and 3rd attempts
237 raw, just a token lift
pass 2nd and 3rd
1st attempt: 457 really light
2rnd attempt: 501 really easy again, PR
3rd atemt: 529 55 lbs. PR, state and new england record, pretty easy again
totaled 1241 with just squat opener and token bench, which tied my all time meet PR
good meet, did everything i wanted to do, just wanted that big DL (well, big for me haha)
