I was wondering if supersets were the way to go. A few months I had a workout routine made for me and it basically revolved around supersets. I have been happy with the results except for the chest area, so im wondering if I should keep the chest out of the superset routine. Here is how I have been using them so far...

Monday
Chest/Bi's

Tues
3-4 mile run/abs

Wed
Back/Tri's

Thurs
3-4 mile run/abs

Friday
Legs/shoulders

Saturday
off

Sunday
3-4 mile run

I do 4 exercises and 3 sets with 6-10 reps. Any feedback would be appreciated
