    A couple vids from last night

    Lats night was the last week of my test phase in training. Went pretty good. Some how managed to hit 5 Lb pr's in both lifts depsite being down 20 lbs for my 242 cut in May. My meet is 5 weeks out

    You seem very strong with straighter legs and really using your back strength to pull, is this something you worked on or just naturally how you pull?

    LOL I have always pulled like that. Ive tried to get low before and the bar doesnt move as well. Just a quirck I guess.
