    Cutting Diet - Suggestions welcome!

    I'd like to post my cutting diet to see what everyone thinks. I bulked up about 35 pounds or so and so far have lost around 10 pounds. Let me know what you think. I'm 5'11 170 right now. My goal is to be abs visible lean and then go from there.

    Breakfast:
    2 egg whites
    1 extra large egg
    1/2 cup raw oats

    Mid am:
    t tsp. all natural peanut butter
    1 fish oil cap

    Lunch
    5 oz chicken breast
    1 cup instant brown rice
    1 banana

    Mid pm:
    1 fish oil cap
    package of tuna or salmon
    peanuts

    Dinner
    5 oz chicken breast
    bowl of spinach
    side of veggies

    Pre-bedtime:
    1 cup cottage cheese
    nitrean/milk

    Food selections look fine. What's the total calories and macro breakown?

    keeping crabs 70g < has worked good for me, CKD / TKD diet would be ideal but if you cant do just shoot for 70<

    Using fitday.com i estimated just under 2400 cals (give or take). I think the macro breakdown was something around this ratio: 20% carbs 45% protein 35% fat.

    I'll be working out M-W-F, cardio on Tues./Thurs. I also play golf and mountain bike on the weekends

    My only source of complex carbs come in the morning and with lunch. They equal about 65grams with the rest coming from fruits, veggies, and post workout carbs (applesauce). On weekends and days I do not lift I cut out the rice and just have oats in the am.
