    Bad news guys, we've made a decision to delay it until Monday 10th May.

    I apologize for this.

    We have been working hard making some changes to the program to get everything ready for launch and this has meant that we haven't yet had the time to finish the editing. We could have tried to rush it out for today, but we want to ensure it goes out to a good level of quality and everything is nice and clear for everyone.

    So we are going to launch another article tomorrow instead of today and HCT-12 will come out on Monday, May 10th, DEFINATELY.

    I'm sure there are going to be some disappointed people, but I for one am glad that they are going to release a finished product rather than rushing something out just to please everybody.

    Trust me guys, you'll be happy that Dan has put the time into this that he has.

    Nothing is more frustrating than reading a program or article that is half done. Even the best ideas, when communicated poorly can be really irritating. We strive to make ourselves written as clear as possible.

    Once this is out it'll be well worth the wait!

    I totally agree. I have been telling people at work it comes out today, but I would rather it be completely finished than not.

    Another week to prepare, What to do, what do !

    Deload your volume and establish some RM maybe.
    Or do some Rehab work to prepare for the on slaught of intense training.
    Or Do "What you are not doing"
    Work on your grip and run some hills
    Do some 1 arm clean and presses and then do bear crawls around the track.
    Do every band exercise known to man
    Alternate push-up variations with pul-up variations

    I'm glad to wait another week. I would rather wait 2 months if that is how long it takes to make it as good as it can possibly be made. Thanks to everyone for the hard work on this!
