This sort of hit me today when I was walking into the gym so I decided to try it out. I am mixing weights with different forms of conditioning ( trying to drop body fat ) so this sort of fit right in. I have never done power shrugs so my form was off to say the least, honestly I thought it would be hard to shrug that much weight but was surprised when the bar came flying up.

Anyway if you want a challenge give them a try, its was pretty brutal.

This was my final set of 315 for 5 reps on each movement.
