    Not trying to be a jerk, because that was a very strong lift... But... Why squat to such a high box?

    Edit:

    My logic is that...

    I believe you are mostly a raw lifter (correct me if I am wrong) and as such your sticking point would be at the bottom of a squat... right?

    Well my box is 14 inches so it isnt high maybe from the angle and second my bottom end is not my problem.

    I'll be the first to admit, there have been times where I think Rob trains a bit high. However, Rob dunks his squats. No problems with depth at all, so just keep doing what you are doing.

    Looking massive and strong as usual Rob.

    Fair enough man... It's always hard to tell from a video but it did look way above parallel..

    Anyway, you obviously know what you are doing... How do you train the bottom of the squat? I would do anything to be able to blast my squats out of the hole.
