just wondering what people do if you take results and then throw up during your workout. for instance i took my results at 7 then did GPP at 830 and was puking at 915. take it again with post workout, or call it a day?
never had that happen but i would just call it a day

I don't think it will be anything specifically related to Results. You may want to drink Results prior to lifting and then for GPP/Cardio related stuff drink it earlier in the day.
I know when I push myself really hard on the GPP front, if I consume a lot of liquid in advance (anything like a pre-workout drink) I can also get bit like that.

no it has nothing to do with the results. its just from pushing myself so hard i puke. my question was would you guys take the results again as a PWO on the days you know you are going to push yourself harder. but i think ill do what daniel recommended and just take it earlier in the day.
