    Losing Fat and Gaining Muscle

Hey, ive recently decided to start going to the gym again and lifting weights. Over about 2 years ive noticed i have put on a bit of extra upper body fat in the stomach and chest area. I went back to my old supplement that i used called NutraBolics ISOGAINER. I was wondering if I would still be able to lose a lot of my stomach and chest fat while using this supplement as long as i was still doing chest and ab exercises. I liked the results this supplement gave me last time, but i want to be able to lose my fat at the same time. Any tips or suggestions? thanks.

I can't suggest much without knowing what your bmr or maintenance is. Eat at your current maintenance or 500 calories below.

I've been kinda hovering around maintenance (and slightly lower) and dropping a few lb's and can notice my BF% dropping. I strongly recommend some form of HIIT to accelerate the fat loss.

"Doing chest and ab exercises" isn't going to reduce "fat in the stomach and chest area."

Your success will be determined by your diet in general, not one supplement.
