Looking for videos on some complexes

I've been doing the complexes from the "complexes for fatloss" article and have have great results, does anyone know where I can find more types of complexes? Videos would be nice so I can see the form used.

There is quite a few on youtube, I'd start there by searching barbell complexes.

You can also make up your own by just stringing together different movements. Variety makes cardio much more tolerable for most by keeping it fresh.
