Yes, I know Brazil's chances are slim, but being half Brazilian, I must cheer for them, and there is no Canada.

I think if Ronaldo plays like the Ronaldo of 5 years ago, and Rivaldo plays his best, as long as the inexperienced defense doesn't break down, Brazil has a shot, you should never count out Brazil, even though they are not a really cohesive team right now. They should have called up Romario though.

As long as England doesn't win, it's all good. I wouldn't mind seeing France repeat, or Argentina or Portugal winning. As long as the damn English don't win, that would be very sad.

If England don't win, I'd like Brazil to.

Ideal Final: England V Brazil and England win 3 - 2 on Golden Goal!

    Fantastic.

Yes Rob, unfortuantely they did lose.

I've never liked Trap's tactics and he persists with his love bunny di livio and leaves montella on the bench and has buffon in goal. I basically don't want him as Italian manager

Well i just watched england vs S. Korea.

I gotta admit, they're a good f*cking side and they probably deserved to win the match after the second half performance.

I have no idea why Sven keeps chaging the side totally after half time, what a wolly.

Joe Cole did arse-all yet again. That kid is so over-fuckin-rated. Sheringham was crap again. And i wish some one would shoot emile hesky so he can't play upfront for england ever again. He is just a fat useless bag of shite. Our pick of strikers is so god damn poor.

Trevor Sinclair was bollocks for most of time on the pitch too. I hope to god keiron Dyer gets fit and comes in for him.

On a lighter note, Rio Ferdinand and Sol campbell look solid in the centre of defence. And Owen Hargreaves had a decent performance.

P.s. Ray Wilkins is such a crappy comentator it's funny. If england had an ass, ray would be sure to kiss it profusely...

    joe cole did OK.

However like you said rob you can't really blame the 2nd hlaf performance, it was a 2nd rate squad out there in the letter half.

IMO Swen should make sinclair pay for his ticket home, he played absolutely totally shite. He could only have played worse if he had of scored an own goal. I would rather go with a player less than take him. Anyway We know he is going home now.

I agree though, swen needs to stop switching total teams. We coulda won with out first half performance carried on through the second.

oh and sherringham should also be shot.

It seems like the whole world is either unfit or injured for this world cup.

    It's just plain amusing now.

Did you see Freddie and Olof Mellberg in that bust up, most of the Swedish team had to restrain the two. The heat is making everyone go insane out there
