Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Ok for bulking up- is that your goal? Could be a bit cleaner but somtimes you gotta shovel down the cr@p to get the calories in. I would defo add in some servings of green veggies for the antioxidant and vitamin content, you don't wanna sell short your heart you only get one. Perhaps increase the amount you eat for breakfast?

Since you haven't been bothered to post a lot of relevant information, it's easy to see you also haven't bothered to read the forum for the plethora of information that many of us spend a lot of time writing up for other people.

Just as I tell everyone else that makes the same newbie error, there are people that do this for a living, and a very GOOD living. Asking the same question time and time again without doing any of your own research shows little regard for those of us that do what we can. Show us you've put in some effort on your own to learn and you'll be more likely to get help with more specific questions.
If one person can do something, anyone can learn to do it.
Do what you've always done and get what you've always gotten.
There is no failure, only feedback.

So if you've looked around the site, I assume you found the "what a bodybuilder eats" article which gives ideas for quality protein sources.

You're getting a lot of smart-ass responses because you're posting questions that have been answered ad nauseam on the site.

Goal for this diet is a recomp. Maintenance is roughly ~2500cals. I am looking to clean up the garbage and learn new healthy alternatives to sub into my diet. I have been on this diet for about 6 weeks and have lost 1-2% BF without cardio.
