    Thanks alot Rich

Also I wanted to thank you for giving me pointers on my bench about flaring the elbows on the way up. That really helped me alot.

And thanks for letting me know to pull the legs on my deadlift suit up higher on the legs. That also helped me out alot.

As always George it was good to see you yesterday. Keep working on arching out of the hole on that squat and you will put some pounds on in a hurry. I think my wife made a new friend with your little girl, that is one of the most well behaved kids I have seen. Now get you some predator briefs and work on that squat and put up 650.

Hell of a job, George! You had an awesome meet. It was good seeing ya again. When are you competing again? We'll be heading up to Myrtle Beach in July.

Nice work at the meet Muscle_G, it is always nice when the PR's come in a meet.

One of the guys who I train with sometimes did the Battle of The Bad as well, Dex Summerville (won the 220's).

We'll probably do the APA meet in Florence on Aug 28th. I would like to do the Myrtle beach one, but we're supposed to be going on Vacation around that time.

Dex smashed some weight! He went 800 in the squat, ~650 in the bench (maybe more) and mid to high 500's in the deadlift. That was impressive. I was in the 220 class with him. LOL, the only thing I could be competitive with was the deadlift.

Summerville won the 181s (he weighted in at 178). Rokowsky won the 220s and best lifter for the meet with a 2,000 total.

That's right. I kept getting those guys confused. Either way, both had a great meet. Where do they train in Charlotte? I used to live up there.
