Ok so I have the "clean" food part of my diet down and now just need to figure out basically how many calories to eat and what my macro break down should be...
I've been all over the internet looking at maintenance calculators and macro ratios and are no closer to figuring it out. I get anywhere between 2500 calories to 3900 (from this site - 156 x 25).
A bit about myself is...I am trying to bulk but with minimal fat gain. I weigh 156 and am ~5'10" and 18 years old. I'm doing the 4 day split of HCT-12 with some LISS and barbell complexes on my "rest" days. I would say I'm pretty average for body type (probably a meso) and metabolism as well.
I'm currently on a 40-45 / 35 / 20-25 split for macros c/p/f and taking in 3100 calories a day. Can someone please shed some light or experience on what has worked for them...
And I have read some of the nutrition articles on this site but some just seem to contradict each other
