    Strongman Seminar - Philadelphia, PA (Saturday June 12th)

    I know Steve and Kirk; they are both very intelligent and have a lot of great insight to share. Kirk is a PhD. and Steve owns Iron Sport Gym.

    Kirk is a 105 Kg Pro Strongman and has also competed in powerlifting and OLY lifting; not too long ago he deadlifted 765 lbs @ 230 lbs bodyweight. Steve is a long-time highland games professional and is also a pro strongman, he has trained numerous athletes at his gym in Philadelphia.

    This would be well worth the $75 for anyone who is within driving distance to Philadelphia (Delaware, Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York City, etc.).

    yea I can't wait for this Tom. Already planned on going. I used to train at ironsports a while ago but had to stop due to time constraints at work and the drive there.
