Need to lose 7 pounds and tone fast
Can someone please help me with the proper routine and diet in order to do this. My resources are a weight bench with weights and bar. I am 5'10" and weigh 177 lbs. I don't look horrible but I want to lose some flab and just look a little thinner and more toned. I work 9-5 in a very non-active job so my workout time can only be at home in the evening. I have a stationary bike also. PLease help me find a routine and diet!
ride the bike for 35-45minn in the morning 3-4 time a week and follow the wbb1 or 2 work out.
