I did P90X for the complete program (90 days), and an additional month. I did this because I binge drink like crazy on the weekends and eat terrible foods.. so it took longer than if I had been more strict.
I kept my diet very strict during the week, however.
I have since come off the program and maintained my strict diet and have been performing high intensity full body routines 2-3x a week with occasional cardio/abs on off days.
Thoughts? (don't mind the lighting at the Zara dressing room)
