    Bulking and cutting

    Hello people !!!
    I've recently been hearing alot about bulking and cutting as i've been getting more serious about my weight lifting, can anyone clarify what these terms mean (apart from the obvious) ie: How long to bulk for before cutting, how many calories i need, best methods etc.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated !!!!!!!!!!
