Ok, now this is only when you have to make a choice, not a normal breakfast item which is eaten all the time.
If you have to choose between a donut or a bagel with cream cheese, what would you choose?
Let's say you are carb conscious. I know bagels have a large amount of carbs, do donuts?
So is it worse to have the fat in the donut or the carbs in the bagel?
