After the kinetic chain firing workouts you trained traditional for a few weeks to give the central nervous system a break I suppose,
are you going to train differently during contest prep or still hold on to the traditional workouts for at least a few weeks ?
Kevin Weiss once said in one of the talk with the coaches that being further in the diet he has to switch to traditional training because he doesn't have the energy to train MET workouts, altough coach Scott promotes MET workouts to train the fat off instead of dieting the fat off. How is this for you personally, some prefer to keep eating more with MET workouts and some people go deeper in calories with traditional workouts, any toughts ? Eric

I will be sticking with traditional type workouts thru contest prep. When it comes to bodybuilders its a different world when you are in such a lean state and there is no way to train with a MET program thru the whole prep, maybe til about 5-6 weeks out. You are in such a depeleted state it would do more harm than good.

Allen, I noticed that you have put a lot of healthy fats into your diet, the protein and carbs are from good sources but what is the ezikiel bread made of, we can't buy it in europe so if I know the ingredients I can find maybe something compareble. eric
