Hey guys...I've been a bit stagnant on my big 3 lifts over the past few months. I was talking with a friend of mine about switching over to some alternate lifts to try and break through. What are your thoughts on these changes?
Squat - Box Squat or Front Squat?
Bench - Floor Press?
Deadlift - Rack Pulls?
Just wondering if any of you have had solid gains by switching over to these. Thanks!!
