During my past couple of workout sessions my knees seem to have developed crunching/grinding noises. It started during squats and now is permanent, i.e when I walk or do any excercise involving my legs and now it has become painful. I had osgood shlattors syndrome when I was about 12 and the doctor told me it was related to growing, but I've finished growing now presumeably; im 17 by the way. Im just concerned that I've damaged them somehow, as i've only started lifting recently.
Any help would be appreciated.
