Hey guys, so i decided to switch to HCT-12 as my summer workout program, the routine I use to do was a 5 X 5. I'm pretty new to these forums, but I have been reading around here for a while. A little bit of a background on me. I'm a Division II baseball player, about 20 years old. I stand 5'10" and weigh around 175 lbs.
My general goal from this program is to gain as much lean muscle mass as I can(while staying flexible, I'm a pitcher). I'm very excited to start up with this program after reading the Key Principles to Growth article.
