I think i can definitely outdo my 280 for 1, i had pretty bad tendinitis that day. I shall hit 295 very soon i think.
last two days i did back and bis then chest the next nothing very serious though
pretty dissapointing deadlift workout, but ive gone out the last three nights in a row so i dont know what i exepcted

now that i have access to a safety squat bar, i think im going to soley use that, front squats, hack squats and leg press to raise my squat up. then for back squats ill probably just test my max once a month or so to see what progress ive made. Otherwise im out for too for all my other lifts. Hopefully this will eliminate my issues on the inside of my elbow.
