The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    drew thanks!

haha thomas it was a height i havent used before because it was at a different gym, so maybe technically a pr but not really

Also even though i know these types of supplements are kinda BS i got some annabolic innovations stoked on clearance so i bought it to give it a try. Its a natty test booster, we will see if i see any results at all, maybe ill at least get placebo effect, either way it was only 20 bucks.

Also just to note these are my current supps:

    Fish Oil
    CGT-10 (creatine 5g glutamine 3 g taurine 2 g)
Quake-preworkout (got a few half off)
    protein powder-blends and whey
    multi

oh yeah and bodyweight is now up to 195

its pretty much random, whatever i feel like, but recently ive been starting high and moving lower because I pulled my hamstring, and the closer to the floor the more it irritates my hamstring. so as my hamstring heals im getting closer and closer to puling off teh floor. However i feel like this has been really productive and i may cycle it like this again even without the injury. I know thats what Tom Martin does and his deadlift is ridiculous like 770 at 180

no real method i guess, I just do what i want. I used a modified ort/mag deadlift routine for my bench press, it worked pretty well. But i tried to run it for deads and couldnt hang.

I just always try to improve and switch up rep ranges and maxes.
