haha thomas it was a height i havent used before because it was at a different gym, so maybe technically a pr but not really
Also even though i know these types of supplements are kinda BS i got some annabolic innovations stoked on clearance so i bought it to give it a try. Its a natty test booster, we will see if i see any results at all, maybe ill at least get placebo effect, either way it was only 20 bucks.

CGT-10 (creatine 5g glutamine 3 g taurine 2 g)
Quake-preworkout (got a few half off)
protein powder-blends and whey
oh yeah and bodyweight is now up to 195

Congrats on the PR!!. I think I've asked this before but what routine/method do you use?
no real method i guess, I just do what i want. I used a modified ort/mag deadlift routine for my bench press, it worked pretty well. But i tried to run it for deads and couldnt hang.
I just always try to improve and switch up rep ranges and maxes.
I think my log is going to stop here. Might start logging on another site, not sure yet.
Fuuuuk! not another one. I'm pretty sure I know the reason why. Journal land is pretty much the only reason I come here nowadays.
