Thanks! I really think i can get alot more out of my conventional because 430 flew up but i couldn't budge 450, i think i was getting way too low that day and not using much back so im gonna try to tweak my form a little.
benched today, tendinitis was barely noticeable if at all but i still eased into it a little.
