Hi guys n gals!
Just come off a cut, now switching to a lean bulk (+500 cals over maintanence). Keeping it pretty clean, when I'm well fed I never feel like cheating anyway. Here's my basic setup for Monday-Friday. I'd appreciate any tips, advice or suggestions.
One thing I know I do seem to be having a lot of protein powder.
1 WW muffin + PB/Jam or fried egg
Chicken Breast + Mixed Nuts
PB, jam + Banana Sandwich on WW bread + 1 scoop whey with maltodextrin & creatine, & 1x apple
2 scoops whey + creatine
Large serving Meat + 2 servings Carbs + Veg or salad
1 250g pot of low fat Quark with 2 scoops whey mixed in.
Totaling in 4300 cals, 360g protein, 450g carbs, 130g fat.
Good point. What do you suggest? I did drop carbs postworkout as it used to make my blood sugar crash shortly afterwards, that was with dextrose anyway. Perhaps some fine oats?
