On another note I will be taking till Sunday off lifting. Gonna rest the shoulder and myself. Noticed today that fatigue was not gradual one minute I was ok next I coulnt squat 200lbs just lost it all. Today will give my legs somethin else to think about that change of pace had 'instant doms' I hurt already that change will kill me for a bit.

Also I have trained 4 times a week plus full events days for 5 weeks time to chill an grow a bit :-) I will be keeping an eye in online but got a lot of school work.

    Thanks for everyones support.

    Plan for Sunday

Explosive bench squat and deadlift work the. Tricep assistance work.

    Squat-Bench-Deads

Got coahced today by a former international powerlifter and bodybuilder/strongman, nicknamed Big Ray for obvious reasons Learnt a lot and got pushed really really hard.

Squats-all to depth touch the bars and back up

    1x3x60kg (132LBS)
    1x3x100KG (220LBS)
    1x3x120KG (264LBS)
    1x1x140Kg (308LBS) Equal my PR for 1rm
    1x1x140KG (308LBS) much cleaner than the 1st
    1x1x140KG (308LBS) Eassssy!
    1x1x150KG (330LBS) NEW PR-Flew up too
    1x1x150KG (330LBS) Easy...

Bench-No arch head back a*rse on bench at all times. Pause Press..

    1x3x60KG (132LBS)
    1x3x70KG (154LBS)
    1x3x85KG (187LBS) Previous 1RM
    1x1x100KG (220LBS) 2PPS +15KG (33LBS) on my 1rm
    1x1x105KG (231LBS) NEW PR + 20KG (44LBS) on my 1rm
    1x2x100KG (220LBS)

    Deadlifts

    1x3x60KG (132LBS)
    1x3x80KG (154LBS)
1x3x100KG (220LBS-Got coached changed my stance and pull method
    1x1x120KG (264LBS)
    1x1x140KG (308LBS)
1x1x160KG (352LBS) 95% of 1rm at the end of all that not bad... Changed my technique a bit too.. Hope to smash the 4pps within a month once i get used to it again....

Shoulder is perfect now not a single niggle in my entire body.

I will be competing in a Powerlifting comp within the next 2 months...Big Ray recons that I could get a lot of confidence from it to take over to strongman, why not eh... It is more weight specific than strongman so should be good Gonna carry on training as i am tho focusing on strongman and just hope that i can have some Carry over.

    Shoulders Tuesday..
