On another note I will be taking till Sunday off lifting. Gonna rest the shoulder and myself. Noticed today that fatigue was not gradual one minute I was ok next I coulnt squat 200lbs just lost it all. Today will give my legs somethin else to think about that change of pace had 'instant doms' I hurt already that change will kill me for a bit.
Also I have trained 4 times a week plus full events days for 5 weeks time to chill an grow a bit :-) I will be keeping an eye in online but got a lot of school work.
