    Find knee wraps....Inhale....Derack.....Squat deep....Squat low....

    Good evening gents.

Going to cut a long, somehwat emotional/boring stor short

    August 15th leave for Chicago

    1) Knee BAD
    2) Boss a wanker
    3) Work Hectic (see Above)

    Sept 1st return from chicago

    1) Knee Worse
    2) Motivation 0 (see above)
    3) Work even hecticer than before see (3)

    October 1st

    1) Knee getting better
    2) Motivation +1
    3) Boss gets fired, work gets mentalx100

    October 15th

    1) Knee 90% Healed
    2) Motivation +2
    3) Get promoted to bosses job, happy times

    October 24th

    1) Knee pretty much 100%
    2) Hit the gym and squat
    3) Knee still 100%
    4) Motivation +10000001
    5) Work is better now i run the joint.....

So long story short, been too busy/demotivated with just ticking over on upper body and cutting some BF (lost 18LBS, kept most upper body strength and have abs... why i split my poor 'Ab' up i dont know but i did..... Knee is much better, returning to Westside as of TODAY! returning to WBB as of TODAY, feel pretty good actually

Hope everyone is well, here was my workout

    Squat

    Worked to

2x5x100KG (220LBS) - Nice and Low, Nice and Slow.

    SLDL

    3x15x60KG

    Pullthroughs

    3x10xset 15

    Abs

    MuchxMuch

I hope everyone is well, i will catch up with journals, unfortunatly as you may have read above work had to come first for a bit, i had my final exam for a university module in amongst that, i dont expect sympathy or anything, soemthing had to give in there and as i was injured the gym had to take a back burner, i didnt stop working out, just cut it to 2 days a week, dieted hard and clean, left myself around 8-9% BF and about 18LBS lighter ready for the next monster wave.

Anyone have rough guidlines/ideas on how long strength takes to return? I assume it isnt as long as it took to build first time out?

    Best Regards

    Keiran

Congrats on the promotion, glad you are the guy in charge now.

Seeing the update is great, no doubt you are happy about the knee has cleared.

Basically you should be really off and running within weeks, everyone is different, but probably 3 weeks.
