The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

    Bloody hell; you're back!

Sounds like all is well again. I imagine most of your strength will still be there, but some slight de-training will mean you'll get a bit more sore at first. So a couple of weeks to break back into it, and you'll be back to the top.

Welcome back I would take your time getting back into it. Play it safe and be smart. But like Coke said, I would say about 3-4 weeks.

    Second return of the Kiff...

Well i said i would be back and stay back but i was wrong, the training fell down before christmas and my knee was terrible again.

My grilfriend got me red, blue and green bands for christmas and I have now discovered that it is deadlifting not squatting that agrivated my knee so i have taken the painful decision to stop dedlifting, probably for at least a year. Maybe more. It is not an easy choice but if it means i can squat i dont really care....

So i am pretty much doing the westside cycle again with my bands but with more volume at heavy weight as i am only little and should be able to handle it as my 95% is not exactly taxing....

Will put my sessions below from roughly a month ago to now.

That's very odd that DLing would bother you. It's mostly a hip exercise, after all. What's your warm-up like? Wear knee sleeves ever?

I do, it is the first bit from the floor. My knee is painful when I put weight on it at the lowest point. It also hurts if I squat ATG too
