    The Number of the Beast

    Well here was my first day of the Program;

    Bearing in mind i have had 6 weeks off due to travelling around Europe :P

    Here is the first day of the workout, i am doing the 4day split.

    Assisted Pull Ups

    6x20KG Assist
    6x15KG Assist
    6x10KG Assist
    6+2+2+2 Bodyweight

    Dips

    6x Bodyweight
    6xBodyweight+6KG
    6xBodyweight+8KG
    6xBodyweight+2+2+2+10KG

    Bench Press (my 1RM is 65KG)

    6x45KG
    6x50KG
    6x55KG+2+2+2


    Rows on Machine

    6x45KG
    6x50KG
    6x55KG
    6+2+2+2x60KG

    Overhead Press

    6x5KG
    6x10KG
    6x15KG
    6x20KG
    6+2+2+2x25KG


    That was it for the day, it hurt a bit but felt good.

    Any comments would be appreciated if not i will continue as planned
