I want to know if this adaptation will affect anything particular about my body or the effectiveness of the routine:
So how's this?
Sunday - A
Monday - B
Tuesday - Off
Wednesday - A
Thursday - Off
Friday - Off
Saturday - Off
and then swap the routines around. This is one of the only possible ways I can see myself doing the program as I can't make the gyms on other days.
PS - On the Sunday, I'll be going in the morning and on the Wednesday I'll be going in the evening, so the rest time will be greater.
