I need to adapt the 3-day-program to fit into my busy daily schedule:

I want to know if this adaptation will affect anything particular about my body or the effectiveness of the routine:

    So how's this?

    Sunday - A
    Monday - B
    Tuesday - Off
    Wednesday - A
    Thursday - Off
    Friday - Off
    Saturday - Off

and then swap the routines around. This is one of the only possible ways I can see myself doing the program as I can't make the gyms on other days.

PS - On the Sunday, I'll be going in the morning and on the Wednesday I'll be going in the evening, so the rest time will be greater.

    Cheers,
    Danny

That'll be good, it's your week, train where you can, and good luck.
