    Rapid Weight Loss, Healthy or Unhealthy?

    About a month ago i was eating very unhealthy, not excersizing as much as i should and just overall in pretty shitty shape. I decided that i was going to change my diet and begin weight training again, which i have done for the past month. My height is 5'11" and i weighed 194 pounds, after only about 3 and a half weeks of dieting, consistant excersize, using different supplements and weight training im down to 181 pounds. I've noticed increases in muscle but nothing drastic. Is dropping this much weight this fast something to worry about?

    depends on how many calories your taking in each day.

    I'd say on average between 1800-2000.

    your prolly just getting rid of excess water and some fat right now. don't go below 2000kcals intake -wise. you'll prolly slow donw to a nice clip in the next couple weeks.

    Alright thanks for the help, i'll make an effort to make sure i get at least 2000 calories daily.
