I seem to go on and off with dieting and regular exercising. So, I'm going to take that and just start from scratch.
I weigh 380 pounds and am 6'1". I want to lose down to 250 and begin to build more muscle. I really need some suggestions on how to stay on point, what I should try when I exercise, what I should eat, and anything that would be helpful to someone who is extremely obese.
