    Starting out fresh.

I seem to go on and off with dieting and regular exercising. So, I'm going to take that and just start from scratch.

I weigh 380 pounds and am 6'1". I want to lose down to 250 and begin to build more muscle. I really need some suggestions on how to stay on point, what I should try when I exercise, what I should eat, and anything that would be helpful to someone who is extremely obese.

    thank you all

    Have you seen a doctor?

If you're looking for support and encouragement, this is a great place to be at.

This has me worried. Are you a yo-yo dieter?
There is no such thing as “firming and toning.” There is only stronger and weaker.

I have seen a doctor, but everytime I go to see them they seem to avoid anything to do with my weight.

I dont even know what to call it. If I am, I try not to be.
